Dr. Selvi Rajagopal is an Assistant Professor of Medicine at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine with a primary appointment in the Division of General Internal Medicine. She is board certified in Internal Medicine, Pediatrics and General Preventive Medicine, as well as a diplomate of the American Board of Obesity Medicine (ABOM). Dr. Rajagopal practices as an obesity medicine specialist and directs the Johns Hopkins Healthful Eating, Activity, and Weight Program, which focuses on providing high-quality, evidence-based care for individuals with overweight and obesity. She has a special interest in the management of women’s health conditions associated with obesity (e.g., polycystic ovary syndrome, infertility, menopause, and reproductive cancers) as well as the prevention and management of obesity among adolescents and emerging adults.
