Suzanne Navarro is currently an undergraduate student at Vanderbilt University in Nashville, TN. She is a rising junior working on completing a BA in Molecular & Cellular Biology and a minor in Data Science.
At Vanderbilt University Medical Center (VUMC), she has worked on a research project with her mentor Dr. Aday called “Association of Human Immunodeficiency Virus Infection with Incident Venous Thromboembolism Among 143,461 Veterans”, which will be the subject of her presentation at this conference. She is currently working on finishing up the manuscript associated with this research project. She is also a member of VUMC’s Hinton lab where she studies mitochondrial morphological changes associated with aging in 3D.
